In its dedication to the professional development of the industry, ASOFIA presents a series of educational seminars. Covering industry trends and issues of concern, the seminars offer valuable information and practical advice for meeting high standards and staying competitive.
Every 18 months ASOFIA organises a National Conference specifically for its members and industry professionals.
The National Conference gives delegates an opportunity to network, engage in professional development on relevant topics and discuss important issues in the industry. It is also a chance for informal team bonding with colleagues and a chance to talk with peers on the issues facing their businesses each day.
Past conferences have taken delegates to destinations across Australia and Overseas.
The 16th National Conference was a huge success with over 150 delegates travelling to Queenstown New Zealand for a fantastic 4 days of networking, conferencing, activities and functions.

Conference participants should book their own flights. ASOFIA has organised a central booking arrangement with Flight Centre which offers the best fare of the day on all the airlines available including QANTAS, Air Pacific, Virgin and Jetstar.

Speaker Events provide practical and valuable Business education to ASOFIA members, the annual Speaker Event is held in most states during June-July of any year.
At a Divisional level there are General Meetings / Trade Nights held throughout the year which also provide members will invaluable information to support their businesses.
